Are you staying in town for the Thanksgiving holiday and you’re looking at the McDonald’s value menu as an alternative to turkey? Would you rather gather in someone’s home and eat real home cooked food? Good, so do we! We are organizing Thanksgiving dinner events around the city and you would only need to bring a side dish to share, $3, and yourself. Interested? Go see Alicia Carby at the info booth in the lobby (where the lights and mirror are when you first walk in). She’ll hook you up. Space is limited so sign up ASAP!

Spiritual Formation
Sundays at 6:30 in the Gallery On the topic of spiritual formation... In this series we'll be working through spiritual disciplines and hearing teachers' insight on how we can best use these disciplines to grow our community and open wide the Kingdom. These sessions are scheduled on Sunday evenings so you can still hit up the 8:30pm worship gatherings. The final topic in this series will take place November 16 where Cole NeSmith will be talking about worship.
Boiler Gatherings
weekly prayer gatherings... Just as a reminder... Boiler gatherings have changed up a bit. Nothing is scheduled for the second week of the month. Boiler Lake will remain on the third Tuesday of every month and will meet at the Chinese Pagoda on Lake Eola. This will be a time set apart for us to pray over each other, lifting each other up in prayer. In the fourth week of the month we'll be headed to various locations around the city, gathering in homes on different nights at different times. These will be posted here and in the newsletter.
Boiler Room is set for the first Monday of every month, meeting in Room 108 at the church. We'll spend this time focused on specific prayer practices.
