We live in a culture that tells us to get and store up as much as possible.  And often there’s so much skepticism in giving to the local church.  We’re breaking free from those things in giving with trust and faith.  Some of the money goes to turn the lights on.  Some of it goes to help staff a home for women rescued from sex trafficking in India.  But all of it is important.  The heart of generosity breaks us free from the heart of selfishness.  We give as an act of selfless obedience.
