Staff: Cole NeSmith, Creative Director & STATUS Pastor
I’m passionate about communicating. More specifically, I’m passionate about helping shift our paradigms to more closely align with who God is. The beauty of that passion is that there are so many ways to do it – expository teaching, music, storytelling, writing, one on one conversations. And more than doing the shifting, I love providing tools and resources that will help people discover the depths of God for themselves. As a result, I love helping create environments that are highly immersive, experiential and creative – all things you will find when our community gathers together.
I’ve traveled to a lot of cities and a lot of church communities, and every time I go, it helps me remember just how truly unique and special our family is. I’m honored to grow and serve alongside you.

Staff: Keith Kolakowski, Involvement Coordinator & Director of Concierge
Keith supports and trains the team of Concierge volunteers. Read more about Concierge below. Keith also serves as the Involvement Coordinator – a fancy way of saying that he would love to meet with you if God has given you a vision that involves the body of STATUS. Whether a project or poem, he is excited to be one of the people to hear about it and encourage you as you seek to obey God’s call on this season of your life. You are empowered first and foremost by the Holy Spirit, and we seek to see that you are encouraged also by your immediate community (i.e. The Body of Christ), but from a leadership perspective we want to be sure that we are doing our best to equip you with the resources, connections, and venues that are available at STATUS – Keith is here to help facilitate that.
Concierge: The Concierge team exists for the purpose of making information about Status more accessible to everyone, so that you can feel free to move in response to the Spirit in our community without drowning in questions of church policy, philosophy, or common practice. Also, by setting an example of intentional conversation on Sunday nights, the Concierge team hopes to foster a culture of hospitality, mutual accountability, and mutual encouragement. Our hope is to spread this culture to everyone at STATUS, so that the desk no longer needs to exist.
